Whether you're a first-generation college student or simply need guidance, Camp College is here for you.

The college application process is a maze of deadlines, essays, financial aid forms, and strategies that can make or break a student's future. Too many talented students never apply, apply to the wrong schools, or miss out on financial aid simply because they didn't have guidance. Your potential shouldn't be limited by whether your family knows how to navigate the system.

What You'll Gain

Expert Access

Connect directly with admissions officers, college counselors, and financial aid experts from colleges and universities across the country. Get your questions answered by people who make admissions decisions every day.

Application Mastery

Learn how to craft compelling essays, build a strong application, request effective letters of recommendation, and present your best self to colleges.

Financial Aid Clarity

Demystify the financial aid process, understand FAFSA and scholarship opportunities, and create a realistic plan to pay for college without overwhelming debt.

Family Support

We include families in the process because college decisions affect the whole household. Parents and guardians receive guidance on how to support their student through this transition.

Peer Community

Join a cohort of students navigating the same journey. Build friendships, share strategies, and support each other through the ups and downs of senior year.

The Junior Experience

Camp College is a free, one-day experience designed for rising juniors to explore college life at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Through a campus tour, interactive admissions and scholarships workshops, and real conversations with current students, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to take their next step toward going to college.

The Senior Experience

Camp College is a transformative three-day overnight experience for rising seniors at Sewanee: The University of the South. Students gain the guidance, skills, and support needed to choose the right college, secure financial aid, and successfully start and finish college.
