Julie Goss

Finance Manager
Public Education Foundation

As the finance manager, Julie is part of the behind the scenes workings at PEF. She oversees and processes most of the incoming and outgoing business of PEF.  She reconciles bank accounts, provides monthly budget financial statements, and provides support with grant reporting and program administration. Julie helps out with all the programs when she can and assists with human resources, payroll, and office management.

Julie began her nonprofit experience at Chattanooga CARES where she worked in the same capacity.  Before that, she worked in the art and design fields but after volunteering with various nonprofits, She found that she enjoyed it and wanted to be a larger part of an organization making a difference in her community.


Julie moved to Chattanooga from Orlando, FL and lives in an old house in Red Bank with her husband Ron and cat Cricket. She loves working on her house and finding vintage treasures to decorate with.
